CINDY I highly recommend this location to everyone. I've been coming here for almost two years now to pay my rent! Cindy is so beautiful, polite and most of all professional. There was a day that I was having a really bad day “just trying to pay my rent and my leasing office was making me do “the run arounds” lol” CINDY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY MAKING SURE I COULD PAY MY RENT RIGHT THEN AN THERE! I had an excellent experience at this location. I was provided friendly, efficient service by the associate,Cindy, when making a rent payment. Her friendly and outgoing demeanor really brightened my day!

While visiting your location November 1st, Michelle the manager made a rude comment about my sensitive information getting ready to be shred. The teller, didn't catch her name, went to shred my Social Security Number and Michelle, who was too busy eating and talking on the phone said, with an attitude “ No one is going to steal it”. What? First off, you were to busy eating and sitting on the phone to acknowledge me, and than you don't know policy is to shred customers information? She should be terminated and only working at a place of business that doesn't deal with financial informations since she is uneducated in the type of work she does.

Ever since you switched to flare account I never ever had as many problems I have ever had. But good suggestion would be if there are limits to your card is of any kind you should probably tell your tenders the information that your customers need to know. I don't like my account anymore. Yeah checks are ok but I don't like to use them. So why do I have to suffer.

Every time I visit the store I have received excellent customer service at the Nevada street location. I have received phone calls to remind me of my payment. They are always super friendly and helpful.

The customer service representative was truly amazing. I have never needed a pay-day loan before, and wasn't sure what to expect. She was kind, professional, and fast. I hope I don't need an emergency loan again, but if I do, I would definitely visit this location again.

My credit was ran not once but twice to cash a local check eventhough I have a bank account then they mail me a letter saying I was eligible for a small loan only to have them tell me I was denied due to my credit that was in fact incorrect information. What a joke and waste of my time and I'm sure illegal procedure of getting my credit without my approval.
